This was a great opportunity for a collaboration with a long time friend and colleague Marcus Davies. Marcus and I go way back, and one summer a couple years ago he showed me a melody line that he had came up with on his guitar and I fell in love with it. It’s the intro and main melodic hook for the finished piece. We had a great time recording it. Took a while to decide to finally release it (on my end) but we finally did and I loved the chance to get to work with him again. Marcus actually covered some really cool behind the scene production work on his Instagram.
